SC(B)H series amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is a new type of high-efficiency energy-saving transformer. The product combines the advantages of low loss of amorphous alloy material and traditional epoxy resin casting transformer in many aspects such as high insulation and mechanical strength. Its core is made of amorphous alloy strip. Compared with the traditional SCB10 series silicon steel dry-type transformer, the no-load loss is reduced by 75 ~ 80%, and the no-load current is reduced by 80%.
SG(B) series of open non-encapsulated dry-type transformers. The winding of this new product is manufactured by vacuum pressure dipping paint (VPI) process and belongs to non-encapsulated structure (OVDT). The insulation heat resistance grade is usually H (insulation system temperature 180°C, reference temperature 145C, winding temperature rise 125K).
