The overall structure of the substation consists of 40.5kV side and 12kV side two high-voltage switch room, relay protection room and transformer. The shell of high voltage switch room and relay protection room can be made of stainless steel plate, steel plate or composite plate. The stainless steel plate structure has strong corrosion resistance and good mechanical strength; the various parts of the steel plate structure have undergone special anti-corrosion treatment; the composite board has the characteristics of bright colors and beauty, heat insulation and flame retardant.
The high-voltage switch room on the 40.5kV side can be equipped with KYN61-40.5, KYN10-40.5 and other switching equipment, and the user can freely choose overhead or cable mode for 40.5kV incoming and outgoing lines.
Switchgear such as XGN2-12, XGN66-12 and KYN28A-12, or ring network cabinet such as HXGNL5-(FR) and X6N15-12(FR) can be installed in the high-voltage switch room at 12kV side.
AC screen, DC screen, signal screen, remote control panel (RTU), carrier screen or optical fiber terminal screen shall be installed in the relay protection room.
