SC(B)H series amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is a new type of high-efficiency energy-saving transformer. The product combines the advantages of low loss of amorphous alloy material and traditional epoxy resin casting transformer in many aspects such as high insulation and mechanical strength. Its core is made of amorphous alloy strip. Compared with the traditional SCB10 series silicon steel dry-type transformer, the no-load loss is reduced by 75 ~ 80%, and the no-load current is reduced by 80%.
SC(B)H series products in line with the national standard GB1094 "power transformer" and GB/T22072-2008 "dry amorphous alloy core distribution transformer technical parameters and requirements".
The core is wound by amorphous alloy strip, and adopts three-phase five-column or three-phase three-column winding core structure according to needs, and the core section is rectangular;
The high-voltage coil adopts segmented cylindrical coil, thin insulation sealed vacuum casting, large-capacity winding with axial air passage, high pressure resistance level of the coil, low local discharge, dust prevention and good cooling effect.
The low-voltage coil adopts foil coil, and DMD prepreg cloth is arranged between layers for thermal curing and forming, which effectively solves the problem of ampere-turn imbalance when low-voltage and high-current coils are wound with wire. At the same time, the foil coil does not have axial winding helix angle, the axial force borne by the transformer during short circuit is greatly reduced, the manufacturability is good, the additional loss is low, and the short-circuit resistance is strong.
According to user needs, can be configured with ordinary steel plate, aluminum alloy or stainless steel shell, protection grade IP20, IP23 and other optional, can be configured according to user needs high and low voltage bus in and out of the line interface.
