At this time, if the neutral point is grounded by the arc suppression coil, this problem will be solved well. Therefore, the power industry standard DL/T620-1997 "Overvoltage Protection and Insulation Coordination for AC Electrical Installations" clearly stipulates that when the single-phase grounding fault current is greater than 10A for the system composed of 3-10kV overhead lines and all 35,66kV power grids, the neutral point shall be equipped with an arc suppression coil; For the system composed of 3-10kV cable lines, when the single-phase grounding fault current is greater than 30A, the neutral point shall be equipped with an arc suppression coil.
