S-M series fully sealed oil-immersed transformer is a new product of science and technology, which is developed on the basis of the structural design of the new S9 series products. The main idea of the design is to meet the reliability of the product and improve the performance of the product. According to the actual situation of the new S9 product, some loss coefficients and structures are readjusted in the design to make the loss design value more in line with the real side value. At the same time, the design is optimized and the proportion of copper and iron is reasonably determined to make the material cost low and the structure reasonable.
Product Features
There is no oil conservator, and the tank cover is equipped with a trinity device for oil filling, oil level indicator and pressure release valve.
When the transformer is packaged, the vacuum oil filling process is used to completely remove the moisture in the transformer. After sealing, the transformer oil is not in contact with air, which effectively prevents oxygen and water from immersing into the transformer and causing performance degradation (material and oil aging). Therefore, it is not necessary to conduct oil sample test regularly, and transformer oil does not need to be replaced during the normal service life.
The oil tank is a corrugated fin oil tank, and the corrugated fin radiator not only has a cooling function but also has a "breathing" function. The elasticity of the corrugated fin radiator can compensate for the oil volume change caused by the temperature change surface.
Protection device
Pressure release valve-when the transformer overload or fault caused by the tank to reach abnormal pressure, the pressure release valve will act, reliable release pressure, and when the pressure is reduced to the normal value and return to the original state, to ensure the operation of the transformer.
