Amorphous alloy is a new type of strip, amorphous alloy material does not exist crystal structure, magnetization power is small, high resistivity, so the eddy current loss is small.
A new type of energy-saving transformer can be produced by using this material as iron core, and the no-load loss is more than 75% lower than that of the current S11 distribution transformer. The iron core is of rolled iron core structure, three-phase five-column type, and the cross section is rectangular.
The coil is rectangular, the high voltage is wound with acetal enameled wire, and the low voltage is wound with flat wire or copper foil, which increases the ability of the transformer to withstand short circuit.
The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11, which avoids the influence of high harmonics, has strong resistance to unbalanced load, and significantly improves the quality of power supply.
The transformer adopts vacuum oil filling, which can completely eliminate the air bubbles in the coil and ensure stable insulation performance. The oil storage tank is canceled, and the oil pipe is replaced by a corrugated or chip radiator as the cooling component. The oil tank is equipped with an air-filled cushion, which can be compressed with the volume expansion of the transformer oil.
